Lash Extension Appointment Policy

 

Thank you for choosing my lash extension services. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both, I we have implemented the following policies:

 

1. Booking Deposit:

• A booking deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your lash extension service.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

3. Arrival Time:

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate other scheduled clients.

4. Makeup-Free Policy:

• Clients must arrive at their appointment with clean, makeup-free lashes. This ensures the best adhesive bond and results for your lash extensions.

5. No-Show Policy:

• In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice), the booking deposit will be non-refundable.

6. Rescheduling:

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of your booking deposit.

7. Refunds:

• Booking deposits are non-refundable except in cases where we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

8. Confirmation:

• I will send a reminder of your appointment via your preferred contact method (phone, email, or text) 48 hours before your scheduled time. Please confirm or reschedule at that time if necessary.
